What your service can include
- Mow agreed lawn areas for a consistent finish.
- Trim around lawn edges and accessible obstacles.
- Edge agreed sidewalks and driveway borders.
- Blow clippings off hard surfaces after mowing.
Work is included only when it is listed in your approved estimate.
How pricing works
Weekly from $39 · Biweekly from $59. Your quote depends on lawn size, grass height, access, and frequency. Starting prices are a guide, not a fixed price for every property.
Before your visit
- Choose weekly or biweekly service and tell us if the lawn has not been cut recently.
- Clear toys, pet waste, and loose objects before our visit.
- Let us know about locked gates, pets, steep areas, and access restrictions.
Scheduling & service scope
Recurring mowing generally runs from April through late October. An overgrown lawn or first-time visit may need additional work and a different estimate. If growth slows near the end of the season, contact us to discuss the next visit.
Questions about lawn mowing
Is weekly or biweekly mowing better?
Weekly visits can be a better fit when grass is growing quickly. Biweekly visits may suit slower growth. Tell us your lawn condition and preferred schedule so we can discuss a practical option.
Are first-time and overgrown lawns the same price?
Not necessarily. The $39 weekly and $59 biweekly starting prices do not guarantee the price for an overgrown lawn. Grass height, property size, access, and the work required are reviewed before quoting.
What if my gate is locked?
Please arrange access before the visit. Let us know about gates and access restrictions when you request your estimate so we can agree on the service arrangements.
