Leaf fall, weather & return visits
Fall cleanups are generally scheduled in November and December. Weather, route capacity, and disposal availability affect the schedule. Additional visits for leaves that fall later require a separate estimate.
Questions about fall cleanup & leaf removal
What is the difference between full cleanup and curbside pickup?
Full cleanup includes gathering leaves from agreed areas. For curbside pickup, you rake and gather the leaves first, and we quote pickup and disposal separately.
Are cutbacks included?
Perennial and ornamental-grass cutbacks are available by estimate. They are included only when listed in the approved scope.
Can I get a second visit after more leaves fall?
Yes, ask about availability. Additional visits need a separate estimate; a single cleanup does not include unlimited return visits.
Can you remove leaves from both the lawn and flower beds?
Yes, identify the lawn and bed areas you want included. Photos showing leaf depth, tree cover and access help us quote the cleanup. Extra yard debris, cutbacks, mowing and later return visits are included only when specifically agreed.
