Scheduling policy
Scheduling Window: Our scheduling window for routine lawn care services is from April 1st to November 30th, weather permitting.
Scheduling Priority: Our scheduling priority is given to customers who have signed up for recurring lawn care services.
Schedule Changes: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate schedule changes. However, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellations.
Missed Appointments: If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to perform the requested services due to circumstances beyond our control (such as inclement weather, locked gates, or unsecured pets), the appointment will be considered a missed appointment and a service fee may be charged.
Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to contact the customer as soon as possible and arrange for a new appointment time.
Schedule Conflicts: If a customer has a conflict with a scheduled appointment, we ask that they notify us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the appointment to a more convenient time.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service or within 14 days of invoicing for recurring services. Failure to pay on time may result in scheduling restrictions or service termination.
Payment terms and policies
At Best Service Lawn Care LLC, our payment terms and policies are as follows:
1. Invoicing: We will send an invoice for services rendered after the work has been completed.
2. Payment due date: Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
3. Payment methods: We accept payment by check, cash, and credit card.
4. Late payment: If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of 2% per month until payment is received.
5. Deposits: A deposit may be required for larger projects or for new customers.
6. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not give us at least 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service.
7. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if there is an error on our part or if we are unable to complete the work as agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy
Purpose: To ensure that customers are committed to paying for the services provided by Best Service Lawn Care LLC and to secure payment for the supplies and materials required for the job.
Amount: A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the project is required before work can commence. The deposit amount will be specified in the service agreement between Best Service Lawn Care LLC and the customer.
Payment Method: Customers can make the deposit payment using a credit card, check, or cash.
Refunds: If the customer cancels the job or changes the scope of work, the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Best Service Lawn Care LLC. Any refund will be minus any expenses incurred by Best Service Lawn Care LLC in preparing for the job.
Balance Payment: The balance of the payment is due upon completion of the work, as specified in the service agreement.
Late Payment: If the balance payment is not made within 14 days of completion of the work, Best Service Lawn Care LLC reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount.
Changes to Policy: Best Service Lawn Care LLC reserves the right to change the deposit policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers in advance.
This deposit policy helps to ensure that Best Service Lawn Care LLC has the necessary funds to cover the costs of supplies and materials required for a job, while also providing customers with a clear understanding of the terms and conditions for making a deposit payment.
Pet waste policy
At Best Service Lawn Care LLC, we love pets and understand that they are an important part of your family. However, pet waste can be a nuisance and a health hazard to you and your family, as well as your neighbors. We ask that you please pick up after your pets before we arrive for lawn care services.
If our lawn care technicians encounter pet waste on your lawn, we will do our best to avoid it. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by pet waste that has not been picked up before our arrival. If we are unable to complete our work due to excessive pet waste on your lawn, we may need to reschedule for a later date, and you may be charged an additional fee for the inconvenience.
